Service Description
Hydrobath, blow-dry and brush through. Also includes any clipping and scissor styling, or de-shedding. Complimentary nail trimming and ear cleaning if needed.* Please note, new clients must complete a New Client Form within 24 hours of booking or your appointment may be cancelled. *Complimentary nail trimming and ear cleaning will only be provided if it is safe for both the dog and groomer to do so. Times are approximate, extra time will be given when needed, grooms will not be rushed.
Cancellation Policy
New clients MUST complete the New Client Form within 24 hours of booking or your appointment may be cancelled. By booking an appointment with Roxy Paws Grooming, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out at www.roxypaws.co.uk. Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the appointment. Bookings cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the appointment will forfeit their deposit. Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to the full appointment fee. Dogs must be collected within 15 minutes of the designated collection time. After this point, a late collection fee of £5 per 15 minutes will be applied. This is because Roxy Paws Grooming is an exclusive-use salon and late collections impact the following clients. Roxy Paws Grooming reserves the right to cancel appointments if we feel we are not the best fit for the dog/client.
